The Depandance Argia, with French bed, 140 cm wide bed compared to 160 of a traditional double bed, can be accessed by private independent entrance.
The french door of the room overlooks the private garden and the surrounding hills.
The room is characterised by furniture from the 19th century, which blends with the modern, refined furnishings, tv 50 inches; parquet floor.

Erminia

Maximum capacity 3 Guests: Double room triple use with child, under 6 years old, sleeping in the double bed with parents.
Room size 30 square meters.
The Erminia double/twin room is accessed with a private independent entrance.
The view from the bedroom window looks towards the external entrance staircase which can be accessed.
The large room is characterised by furniture from the 19th century, which blends with the modern, refined furnishings, tv 43 inches; terracotta floor.

The b&b has 3 rooms, for a maximum of 6 beds with the addition of a single bed

My splendid collaborator Gloria carries out the housekeeping on a daily basis. The rooms are sanitized with certified products.
The housekeeping is not done on December 25th, 26th and on the first of January.
Linen will be washed by a specialized Laundry service.
Smoking is forbidden in all our rooms.
In the Depandance Amelia Room and Erminia Room is possible for children, under the age of 6, to sleep in the bed with their parents.
At their disposal:
Kit set “Cocci Nella”. The kid set features three products (shampoo, shower gel and body lotion) with delicate formulations enriched with rice and mallow extracts that have emollient and softening properties. The soap and the refreshing wipe, perfect per cleaning and refreshing kids hands, complete this collection. The soft fragrance and the dense and creamy texture will provide a feeling of natural freshness to the kids.
Towels.
Dogs are our welcome Guests.
Sleepers and bowls of water will be made available in the garden.
Out of respect for the other Guests and my kittens, dogs can relax in the garden but kept on a leash.
Toiletries made in the garden of the b & b, as in public areas, must be kindly collected and placed outside the room: it will be our concern to place them in the appropriate waste bin.
Please do not pee against the house, vases and sidewalks …
for many it is obvious … unfortunately instead I am forced to write it.
Daily surcharge per pet € 10.00
50% will be donated to The Elisabetta Franchi Onlus Foundation, which has always been active in the defense of Animal rights.
The following General Conditions regulate each stay at the Pozzo di Mezzo b &b b and are considered to be known and fully accepted by the Guest at the time of booking confirmation.
– Pozzo di Mezzo b & b cancellation penalty Low season
For cancellations made up to 21 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 20 to 11 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 10 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
The Guest, to cancel the reservation, must make a request by e-mail to info@pozzodimezzo.it .
Pozzo di Mezzo b&b will be entitled to charge, with no possibility of objection from the guest, this amount to the credit card provided by the Guest.
Once the cancellation of the reservation has been received, Pozzo di Mezzo b & b is free to re-assign the canceled room to other Guests.

Cancellations, early departure, changes or no-shows, involve the charge of the full amount of the reservation.
This amount will be charged to the credit card provided by the Guest.
Once the cancellation of the reservation has been received, Pozzo di Mezzo b & b is free to re-assign the canceled room to other Guests.
The taxation of the stay in the municipality of Bologna
Whomever stays in hotels and b & b in Bologna and is not resident in the Municipality, will have to pay a small contribution for the stay which varies depending on the following price ranges related to the cost per person of the room.
New rates:
Children under 14 and residents in the Municipality of Bologna are exempt from paying the tax.
The City of Bologna, in compliance with the legislative indications, will allocate the income from said tax to projects aimed at the national and international promotion of “Bologna”.
Upon departure, guests of the accommodation must pay the tax to the manager who is then required to report and pay the collection to the Municipality.
If the guest refuses to pay the tourist tax, the manager of the property is required to have the guest sign the “Tax payment refusal form – guest“.

Prices, for the entire stay, include wifi and private parking.
Excluding the residence tax of the City of Bologna and the revenue stamp of € 2,00.
The balance of the stay is expected at check out: can be made in cash,
by debit card or by VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.
